Cancellation requests must be sent at least 24 hours before your order ships. Later requests may not be processed. A 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. By requesting a cancellation, you agree to these terms.

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

• Orders containing a pre-order item will ship together on the quoted release date.

• Orders will not be split. To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.

• Canceling a pre-order before shipment is subject to a 6% processing fee, automatically deducted from the refund.

All items sold on Poké6s are authentic Pokémon TCG products. We only source sealed inventory from verified distributors, trusted Japanese vendors, and retail partners.

Every sealed product comes with original manufacturer’s packaging, unless otherwise noted.

Poke6s is based in Salt Lake City, UT, and operates exclusively online. We do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery.

Poke6s does not offer wholesale accounts. We sell directly to consumers (B2C) only, and resale or tax-exempt certificates are not accepted.

Please email Admin@Poke6s.com if you would like Adam (Owner) to collaborate on your podcast or YouTube stream. We do not consider subscriber or follower count; however, we only collaborate with creators who have uploaded content consistently (at least once per week) for 3 or more months.
